Stacey is an ambitious, high performing sales professional with a strong twenty-year background in Insurance, Sales Management, New Business Development, and Real-Estate.   A Serial Entrepreneur with vast experience regarding business ownership from acquisitions to mergers; she is the owner of multiple Allstate insurance agencies serving the metro Atlanta area.   As a proud second-generation insurance agent; she has received numerous awards by the insurance industry and notably is licensed in multiple states

Stacey Randolph-Castillo has been surrounded by the insurance business for many years. She was raised to be a second-generation insurance agent, however, in her youth she had other plans for her life. After making poor financial decisions, Castillo was forced to learn humility and obedience, and that’s when she was able to resume her destiny as an insurance agency owner with Allstate. Today she is the CEO of The RCA Consulting Group, LLC at Allstate, operating multiple insurance agencies serving Metro Atlanta.

REAL ESTATE

As a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Conyers, GA she knows many local families.  Stacey’s vast knowledge and understanding of the people in her community hallows her to give her clients a buying or selling experience in real estate that often exceeds their expectations.

COACHING

Stacey Randolph-Castillo is the Founder of Red Bottoms In Business (RBIB) a civic organization with a mission to empower more women business owners and female entrepreneurs alike.  In today’s world you must continuously learn and move on, keeping your head held high at all times.
