Allen Lee
CEO
Graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a PhD in Engineering & MBA. He founded the Marco Automation Machinery Co., Ltd (Macro) in 2011. Since the beginning, he has adhered to the slogan "No creation, no advancement" and the vision of "Stay Focus, Serve Sincerely" in his leadership & lead the enterprise to persist in innovation, evolution, talent management and scientific management. This persistency help the company won the title of "Guang Dong Provincial High-tech Product" and the honour of "The Most Consumers Trusted Brand" issued by Zhujiang TV Station.
As the company leader, Chairman Lee always had a strong sense of responsibility and mission. With the big vision in his mind and the brave in innovation, he committed to making Macro becoming a fast-growing & intelligent manufacturing enterprise in China. Meanwhile, he always stays grateful and implements a culture of gratitude in the company. The care for employees is meticulous, so that employees have a sense of belonging, being happy and united as a team.

CFO
Graduated from South China Normal University, majoring in financial management, with a bachelor's degree in management. Joined Marco Automation Machinery Co., Ltd in 2011, served as the accountant and the financial supervisor of the financial department from 2011 to 2017. She then was promoted as the executive vice-chairman and chief financial officer of the company since August 2017. She is an experienced member of financial practice and management. She established a sound corporate financial system structure to safeguard the company's interests as well as implement a comprehensive financial strategy that creates greater value for the company.
李锦良
R&D Engineer
Graduate degree in mold manufacturing design and automation. Joined our engineering R&D department as a mechanical R&D engineer in May 2012. He is expert in using Solidworks software and he is able to complete the proposal, evaluation and structural design of automation equipment schemes independently. The area of his R&D is:

R&D Manager
Graduated from South China University of Technology, earned a PhD in Electrical and Automation from the School of Electrical Engineering. He joined the research and development department as an electrical engineer in September 2015. He is proficient in the development of non-standard equipment with a full set of Mitsubishi industrial control products. He is also an PLC programming developer as well as familiar with Mitsubishi Proface, Delta, Weilun etc. human-machine interface application. He is also an expert in inverter and servo motion control. Supervisor
He has a postgraduate degree in electrical engineering and automation as well as he is a certified senior electrician. He has been worked in the electrical industry since 2006. He joined the team in 2013 and involved in multiple development projects.
He is good at PLC programming, electrical cabling, electrical component assembly & wiring, inverter parameter setup, Power-on debugging, etc.
