Heaven Sent Hearts Foundation, is a non-profit organization committed to spreading the awareness of congenital heart defects (CHDs) and supporting families of children born with a CHD during their most difficult times.  We realize most people are unaware that congenital heart defects (CHDs) are the most common birth defects in the United States.

Heaven Sent Hearts volunteers within the local Metro Atlanta community, we support families and patients through internet and phone outreach as well as by providing other related, helpful resources.  HSH was created in honor our Heart Warrior - Brianna Savannah, she’s our true Angel, a heaven-sent heart!
