* Longjing tea, sometimes called by its literal translated name Dragon Well tea, is a variety of pan-roasted green tea from the area of Longjing Village in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. It is produced mostly by hand and renowned for its high quality, earning it the China Famous Tea title.
 
*Green Spiral Spring (Bi Luo Chun) is a famous green tea grown in Jiangsu, China. It is known for its fruity taste with hint of floral aroma. The tea leaves are picked in early spring and processed and rolled into Spiral.
 
*An Ji Bai Cha was discovered in 1982, is not as widely planted as other teas and has a short harvesting period; it is a comparatively rare tea, and as such, is among the most expensive teas in China. It is called "white" tea although it is a green tea. The long, narrow leaves are yellow in color and have a recognizable fold along the length of the leaf.  This tea has light, delicate and refreshing green tea flavour with a sweet honey like finish.
