Liu An Gua PianGreen Tea from Liu an village in AnHui province. Its name is derived from the flat and oval shape of the processed tea leaves which resemble a sunflower seed. It was a tribute tea in Qing Dynasty. It is decidedly and deservedly in the list of China’s top ten teas.

Liu An Gua Pian will only pick one larger, mature leaf without buds. The fresh leaves require “single mature leaf without older or bud and stem”by hand.
