Huangshan Maofeng is produced in Huangshan area, Anhui province.
It is a type of baked fixed green tea.Traditionally, the bakeing is over charcoal fire, in modern processing, it is mostly dried in drying machines.
 
Dark green curly leaves with some white tips. Grassy and Floral with notes of lilac and lily of the valley. A strong smokiness aspect. Very generous.
