This tea is non-fermented. The process is fresh leaves →sun fixation → rolling → sun drying. The dry leaves yellow and dark green, the tea liquid is clear and golden yellow, it taste strong and fresh, sweet lingering after taste. As it is not fermented, the tea polyphenols that help weight loss，especially in spring fresh tea，rich tea polyphenols help the body of detox and anti-radiation.
